Terms and conditions for customer discount eligibility.
Customer Eligibility for Discounts
General Eligibility Criteria Discounts may be offered to customers at the sole discretion of Bison & Bird. To qualify for any discount, customers must meet the following general criteria:
Must have an active and current account with Bison & Bird.
There must be no outstanding payments or unresolved issues with previous invoices.
Must comply with all terms and conditions outlined in their service agreement with Bison & Bird.
Specific Discount Programs Bison & Bird offers several discount programs, which may include but are not limited to:
Volume Discounts: Available for customers purchasing services or products above a specified threshold.
Loyalty Discounts: Available for long-term customers who have maintained continuous service for a specified period.
Referral Discounts: These are available for customers who refer new clients to Bison & Bird, provided the referred client completes a successful transaction.
Seasonal Promotions: Discounts are offered during promotional periods as advertised by Bison & Bird.
Conditions for Discount Eligibility To qualify for a specific discount program, customers must meet the additional conditions outlined below:
Volume Discounts: Customer must purchase a minimum value of services or products as specified in the program details.
Loyalty Discounts: Must have an active service contract for at least 12 consecutive months without interruptions.
Referral Discounts: The referred client must complete a minimum transaction value as defined by Bison & Bird.
Seasonal Promotions: Must place orders within the specified promotional period and meet any additional terms set forth in the promotion.
Discount Exclusions The following conditions may exclude customers from being eligible for discounts:
Late payments or any breach of the service agreement.
Existing promotional offers or discounts may not be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Discounts do not apply to third-party services, products, or software licenses unless explicitly stated.
Discount Validity and Changes All discounts are subject to change without prior notice. Bison & Bird reserves the right to modify or cancel any discount programs at its discretion. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases or services already rendered.
Application and Limitations
Discounts are applied before taxes and fees.
Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Discounts must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied to future transactions unless specified.
