Guest Invitations: We may invite external users to join specific Microsoft Teams channels or meetings as guests. These guests will have limited access to our Teams environment and can only view and participate in the channels or meetings to which they have been invited.
Data Protection: All data shared via Microsoft Teams is subject to our data protection policies and is handled in accordance with PIPEDA and Microsoft’s own security and privacy measures.
Access Control: We control and monitor access to our Microsoft Teams environment to ensure only authorized individuals can join as guests. Guests must adhere to our usage policies and guidelines while accessing our Teams environment.
Information Sharing: Guests may have access to shared documents, messages, and other content within the Teams channels they are invited to. We advise our clients and guests to be mindful of the information they share in these channels to protect their privacy and confidentiality.
Recorded Calls and Transcripts: We may record calls and generate transcripts for the purpose of documentation and quality assurance. Guests will be notified before the recording, and these recordings and transcripts will be stored securely and only accessible to authorized personnel. By default, recordings are set to expire after 365 days.
Required Participant Agreement: Participants will be prompted and must agree to be recorded and transcribed. Participants' audio, video, and content sharing are turned off until they agree to be included in the recording and transcript.
8. Payments
We use QuickBooks, Stripe, and banking institutions to handle payments. These third-party services are responsible for processing your payment information securely. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
