Statements of work for digital administration (help desk) and fractional SME support tiers.

Choose one (1) of the following service levels:

Starting at $200/mth (Up to 15 Users)

Includes:

  • License Management

  • User Management

  • Product Support

  • Product Updates

  • Support desk - Business Hours (8:30-4:30 MST)

NOTE - Customers not subscribed to one of our cloud service tiers ( or the tier they are on excludes some services) can still request assistance from our team on a time & materials basis. Our rates for cloud service support are:

  • $125/hr for a certified administrator

  • $175/hr for a product specialist

  • Materials/expenses are generally not required, but should the customer request onsite support, these items are invoiced at cost + 15%

  • Taxes, software licenses, or other 3rd party infrastructure costs are not included in the prices above.
