Workshops can take many forms, depending on the client’s preference and strategic objectives. However, each workshop will have the same foundational elements outlined below:

Schedule

Pending client availability, all three workshop phases can generally be completed in 3-4 weeks.

Payment

Workshop invoices are due in full before the start of the engagement unless specified differently in the statement of work.

Travel requirements and/or extraordinary expenses are not included in the workshop price and will be charged at cost + 15% if Bison & Bird is required to incur the charge.

Credits (BDAP)

Clients who participate in the Bison & Bird Digital Adoption Plan* (BDAP) program are eligible to receive up to a $15,000** credit, which can be applied against implementation projects with more than 10 users. Qualifying implementations are restricted to the following unless agreed upon and added to the Statement of Work.

• M365 Business Premium & Copilot

• Sales CRM

• Field Service

*Clients are not obligated to participate in the program or use Bison & Bird to implement the roadmap or recommendations as a result of the workshop.

**Total eligible BDAP credit is determined by the number of user licenses*** and is restricted to Bison & Bird implementation services for the products listed in this Statement of Work. Credits cannot be combined with any other products, services, or discounts.

***Minimum 10 user licenses = $5,000 credit Minimum 20 user licenses = $10,000 credit Minimum 30 user licenses = $15,000 credit
