Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migration.

B&B agrees to provide a Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migration service, which includes the following:

Prerequisites Create a subdomain for mail routing to Microsoft 365 Create a subdomain for mail routing to your Google Workspace domain Provision users in Microsoft 365

Automated Migration Functionalities* from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365: - Mail & Rules - Calendar - Contacts

Required Client Actions Client agrees to provide Bison & Bird with the following:

Google Workspace & Domain Host Administrative access/role

Microsoft Tenant Global Administrator

Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Microsoft 365 Reseller

Schedule The average time to complete an automated migration ranges from 3 days to 2 weeks, depending on the number of user accounts that require migration. If a manual migration is needed due to client settings or Google Workspace restrictions, this could impact the time necessary to complete the process.

Payment All migration services must be paid in full before the migration starts. Automated migration services are sold in blocks of five (5) users, with the price for each block set at $1,499.99 (tax not included).

If manual migration is required, an additional $499.99 will be added to each block.

Limitations* (functionalities that won't migrate) Mail: Vacation settings, Automatic reply settings won't be migrated Meeting rooms: Room bookings won't be migrated Calendar: Shared calendars and event colours won't be migrated Contacts: A maximum of three email addresses per contact are migrated over Contacts: Gmail tags, contact URLs, and custom tags won't be migrated
